At Distinctive Style’z, we go out of our way to make sure all clients are valued and have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter the door to the moment they leave my incomparable Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand the operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and I will be happy to help.
All clients receiving any braiding services, hair must be clean and free of any oils.
Please confirm your appointment or be mindful you will not have appointment.
Please thoroughly read through the services and select the best selection applicable to you.
Please be on time. There is a FIVE MINUTE grace period. Please call and notify us, if you are to arrive after five minutes. Any and all arrivals after 10 minutes but up to 15 minutes will have a late fee of $2 per minute. (Scenario: Ashley has an appointment for 9am. She’s running late. She calls Distinctive Style’z as a courtesy to advise she is running behind and to secure her appointment. She arrives at 9:14am. There will be a late fee of $6 added to Ashley’s total. Ashley will be serviced today because she arrived before the fifteenth minute of the hour).
There is no deposit transfer due to missed appointment.
No refunds ..unless your appointment was canceled by the hairstylist, and in that instance the refund will be issued automatically.
When booking a Loc Reconstruction you will need to book a Loc Consultation so that we can discuss exactly how much repair is required. Additional fees applicable.
If you exceed three months without Loc Maintenance that will result in an additional fee at the time of service.
ALL NEW clients must come in for Loc Consultation before receiving services
For ALL braiding services please see the photo below. African Collection Xpressions Pre stretched Braiding Hair is the ONLY braiding hair that will be accepted.
NO services are currently offered for children under the age of 11. Please do not book an appointment for a child under the age of 11.
